Back in October 2015, our Vitulazio site started its journey with 30 people and today, in 2025, they are a team of 400!
Over the years, they’ve become a benchmark in multichannel outbound contact center services, creating real value for our Clients through sales of new products and services, including multilingual activities.
The agents provide high-quality services, supported by ongoing training and certified learning programs. Many have also taken the opportunity to explore new roles within Operations, such as Team Leader, Help Desk, Facilities, Planning, or HR, after completing internal assessments.
Our Vitulazio team supports Clients from multiple sectors: online universities, road mobility, real estate, corporate welfare, car rental, energy, and automotive. For the latter, we manage e-selling, the innovative fully remote process of selling cars over the phone.
In 2025, we celebrate not only 10 years of continuous growth, but also a team that consistently delivers outstanding results, thanks to competence, commitment, and a strong team spirit!
